Our mission at U32 is providing you with everything you need to live a happy and healthy lifestyle. One of the ways we bring that statement to life is by partnering with our friends at MOJO Fit Studios to host FREE group fitness classes at U32, so you can “namastay-home” and get your yoga on. Our yoga classes have been a huge hit, so we asked YOU what you wanted to see, and we used that information to make a couple exciting changes!
NEW YOGA TIME
First, due to popular demand, we changed our weekly yoga classes to 7:00pm on Tuesdays. Syde from MOJO will be teaching on-site in the U32 yoga studio. Never done yoga? No worries, this class is modifiable for all skill levels!
NEW CLASS- BURN 30
Secondly, we’re introducing a brand new class! BURN 30 is a 30 minute class that includes HIIT and CORE training. HIIT training includes high intensity cardio bursts increase your heart rate, build endurance and shred calories. Core training strengthens your core through a series of different core focused exercises. This class is modifiable for all levels. Megan P will be teaching BURN 30 every Monday at 4:00pm starting March 5th!
